To apply for a space, please complete the form below.
You will also be asked to write a 250 word bio, links to your work for consideration of your application and later to be used on the VGS site and social media. Please see previous exhibitor applications for reference.
Your table is not secured until your table registration fee has been paid in full.
Please note that PIT TABLES have sold out! Rim Tables still available.
Upon approval, you will be given a password to access the Exhibitor Portal where more information about parking, scheduling and the event's proceedings will be provided.
Half tables are available but are not secure until both halves have paid.
